Premier Hotel Pinetown offers the finest conference facilities in the Pinetown area, with 4 conference venues seating up to 150 delegates and a boardroom seating up to 30 delegates.

  • San Soucci Room - This first floor venue is ideal in size for meetings of up to 13 delegates and can be used as a breakaway venue.
  • Montego Room - The Montego Room is located on the first floor and has undercover patios on both sides of the room.
  • Cabaret Room - leads into a garden with a Gazebo, which is ideal for Product Launches and Weddings. This area has vehicle access to the garden, which adjoins the Cabaret Room veranda.
  • Rendezvous Room - This intimate venue with its one patio is ideal for smaller functions of up to 100 guests.
  • Boardroom - Located on the second floor and is ideal for up to 30 delegates and can also be used as a breakaway venue.

The standard conference package includes;

  • Morning: Tea & coffee on arrival
  • Mid-Morning: Tea, Coffee & Pastries with Fruit Juices
  • Luncheon: Special set menu or buffet depending on numbers
