• 1 Night complimentary stay in a deluxe room, accommodation only, for every 10 or 15 completed night’s stay at any Premier Hotel. (Points redeemed will vary dependent on property chosen). Additional points can be used for room upgrades

• 20% game drive concession at Mpongo Private Game Reserve

HOW DO I MAKE USE OF MY BENEFITS?
Maximising your benefits by using your Premier Hotels and Resorts Royalty Club membership card is simple:

• When calling our Central reservations on 086 111 5555, kindly mention that you are a Royalty Club member and provide your membership number, which can be found on the front of your card directly above your name.
• For Royalty Club members booking through a travel agency, please advise your agent of your membership to our loyalty programme, and request that they provide your membership details with every booking made.
• Should you arrive at one of our hotels without a reservation, you can still utilise your benefits by merely handing your Royalty Club Card to the Receptionist upon check-in.
