Renting a car can become an expensive and stressful experience. Instead of spending hours filling in forms and paying massive deposits, take an Uber or make use of public transport. If you’re travelling to more remote areas and have no other option make sure you rent your car from a reputable company.
ALWAYS take out Travel Insurance
Often overlooked, travel insurance is an absolute must. Maybe the ground staff member handling your brand new Samsonite or American Tourister just had a fight with his girlfriend and needs to blow off some steam. You never know what might go wrong, so be prepared for anything.
Book your Hotel well in Advance
It’s always a good idea to book and pay for your accommodation ASAP to ensure your booking has been secured. Remember to add all special requests such as early check-in when making your booking. Book online or phone central reservations for an easy booking process.
