Gala Dinners at the ELICC combine the finest flavours from around the world, including contemporary cuisine, produced with the finest local ingredients and presented with flair. We tailor cuisine to eclectic palates and our menus are individually designed in consultation with the organisers, to maintain the highest standards in quality, presentation and delivery.
