The Calabash Restaurant is situated on the first floor and is home to all conference delegate lunches and is conveniently located for easy access and prompt service directly into the auditorium and conference rooms.

Gala Dinners at the ELICC combine the finest flavours from around the world, including contemporary cuisine, produced with the finest local ingredients and presented with flair. We offer a variety of pre-designed menus however menus are also individually designed in consultation with the organisers, to maintain the highest standards in quality, presentation and delivery.

With ample seating capacity, kitchen facilities and experience to cater for large quantity of guests irrespective of catering requirements, we consistently exceed the high service standards that are synonymous with the Eastern Cape.

We can comfortably accommodate and cater for capacities ranging from 10 to 600 delegates simultaneously and in multiple venues. We offer safe and excellent service, top-class facilities, knowledgeable staff and a variety of delicious dinner menus, served plated or buffet-style.
