Knysna Extreme Triathlon

The Knysna Extreme Triathlon is a 224km race from start to finish. The course starts with a 4km swim, followed by a 170km cycle and then by a 50km run through coastal, mountain, semi desert and forest scenery.

  • Entries close: 1 November 2018
  • Entries limited to 200 athletes

Please note: Each athlete is required to have a supporter following them throughout the race, to provide mechanical, nutritional and mental support.
