The R2000 voucher must be redeemed in one continuous stay and cannot be split across multiple visits/bookings.

  1. Prize Details
    The prize consists of a R2000 voucher, redeemable at any of our 24 Premier Hotels & Resorts across South Africa. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed at any other Premier Hotel or Resort. The R2000 voucher must be redeemed in one continuous stay and cannot be split across multiple visits/bookings.

  2. Booking & Availability

    • The stay is subject to availability at the time of booking.

    • Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays, peak seasons, and special event dates.

  3. Validity

    • The prize is valid Until 1 May 2026 .

    • Expired prizes will not be honored or extended.

  4. Confirmation

    • A copy of the prize voucher/email confirmation must be presented at check-in.

  5. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

    • The prize may not be exchanged for cash or any other services.

    • It is non-transferable, and resale of the prize is strictly prohibited.

  6. No Show or Cancellation

    • In case of a no-show, the prize will be considered forfeited.

  7. Acceptance of Terms

    • By redeeming the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
