REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics.
  • Hotel Diploma.
  • At least 2 years experience.
  • Accurate and efficient.
  • Able to travel.
  • Excellent command of the English language

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep abreast of current trends and developments.
  • Deal with email, fax and telephonic enquiries for clients and direct reporting lines.
  • Follow up on quotes sent from banqueting and reservations.
  • Prepare and handle written correspondence for the following: Rates, information and general client services.
  • Lead generation, qualification thereof and appointment scheduling via Goldmine.
  • Sales calls with the view to generate business and maintain existing relationships.
  • Conducting of site inspections at their respective units, recording thereof and ROI.
  • Accurate knowledge of product offering nationally.
  • Creative input regarding the sales strategy.
  • Submit reports as needed.
  • Meet targets as predetermined.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
